June 11 th Training Tactic<br />

NERO Sales Manager Meeting<br />

Onsite meeting for Sales Managers in the NERO region. The Sales RVP and AVP will kick off the<br />

session and cover expectations, roles and responsibilities. Program Management and Field Product<br />

will host an open conversation about One Product to check for proficiency and confidence. The<br />

Nationwide Academy will virtual facilitate a PolicyCenter lab and debrief, where the sales manager will<br />

be able to demonstrate proficiency and confidence in PolicyCenter. The second half of the meeting<br />

will allow for an open conversation for the sales team to develop an activation and go to market<br />

strategy regarding One Product and PolicyCenter.<br />

Training Experience Scorecard (Sales Managers)<br />

This scorecard provides sales leadership and key business stakeholders with a universal view of how<br />

the agent is progressing through the learning experience and includes registrations, attendance and<br />

completions of e-Learning modules, virtual sessions, and Training Connection/Click to Chat<br />

interactions. Use the scorecard to ensure agents are signed up for training. Be sure to review the data<br />

to identify where your agents would benefit from an engagement conversation or intervention.<br />

Although the scorecard will be emailed weekly April 30-July 2 the scorecard can also be found on<br />

One Product SalesNation page on the Measures tab. It can also be found through the Nationwide<br />

Academy page on the Business Impact>Reports tab.<br />

Direct Workshops (Direct Agents)<br />

This will be offered in a pure workshop format; held virtually and also physically. The workshop will<br />

provide the top five to ten state changes and/or system enhancements. Scenarios will take the form of<br />

quick cards. Time and consideration will be given to participants who bring their own scenarios. This<br />

tactic is less about teaching/facilitating and more about practicing/coaching.<br />
