Like me, it can become your catalyst for reconnecting back to your sexuality,<br />

I went into this practice mostly to heal my overly tense pelvic floor and bladder.<br />
I also knew that I needed to face some dark wounds, shame and trauma around my<br />
sensuality, sexuality and pleasure. What I didn’t expect though was to experience a<br />
life-changing transformation on all levels.<br />
I’d heard other jade egg advocates speak of spiritual and sexual energy concepts<br />
and how the jade egg can turn you into a multi-orgasmic woman, but I didn’t think<br />
that would happen for me.<br />
Here’s a small snippet of what I experienced though…<br />
I completely changed as a woman. I went from speaking very low as though I had<br />
no voice to owning who I was and always speaking my truth…and my desires<br />
(especially erotic desires) aloud to myself and to my lover, with confidence.<br />
I switched my business model around completely, shifting from health coaching to<br />
realizing that my sensual and sexual awakening journey had been leading me to<br />
empower women through my own erotic journey. Teaching women about the jade<br />
egg, orgasm, pleasure and remembering their deeply erotic nature. Using sensuality<br />
to come home to the body.<br />
I felt more confident and grounded in my body—as if I was no longer trying to<br />
abandon or escape from my own body and skin. The usual fight, flight or freeze<br />
mode that I would enter into began to fade as my nervous system and brain were<br />
calmed and rewired for safety and pleasure in my body and sexuality.<br />
I cultivated deeper relationships with those in my life, let go of relationships that no<br />
longer served me and started calling in more aligned men and women.<br />
While I’ve always been able to experience an array of orgasms in my solo sex<br />
sessions, which have only gotten even more delicious and mind-blowing, I’ve also<br />
been able to experience deep vaginal orgasms (over and over) with a lover during<br />
intercourse.<br />
