The approach you use may depend on whether you chose to attach string to your
egg before you started wearing it around or doing the exercises.
I typically recommend doing the feminine approach whenever possible since it’s
natural for your pussy to ‘birth’ things out, just like it’s natural for you to ‘sip’ and
receiving things into your vagina.
Of course, our bodies have been through a lot over the years, whether due to
trauma, having children, aging, injuries, etc. so what’s ‘natural’ isn’t always
common like it ideally should be.
Your pussy should ideally be supple, strong, open, receptive and able to birth and
that’s what the jade egg practice will help you create. You want your pussy to have
the dexterity, flexibility and control similar to your hand. Not super tight, but open,
receptive and soft with muscle control instead.
Let me break down each technique for removal so you can feel into it and see what
works best for you.
You may have to start by using the masculine version first if your muscles aren’t
strong enough to push it down and out or it may simply fall out on its own. Either
way, just be patient with your body.
FEMININE TECHNIQUE (BIRTHING)
Give this technique a try before attempting the ‘Masculine’ version just to see how
strong your pelvic floor is and if you can birth the egg out, then there’s no need to
ever really pull the egg out.
The easiest way is to squat down on the floor with your hips open and soft, then
breathe deeply and bare down with your pelvic floor muscles, contracting and trying
to push the egg down and out.
If you feel it starting to slide down, keep squatting, breathing deeply, and baring
down (lightly, but firmly) until it comes out all the way.
