I’m going to give you the low down on the basic information you need to begin your<br />
jade egg practice TODAY, given that you have a jade egg and that you want to start<br />
a practice, of course.<br />

DRILLED VS. UN-DRILLED JADE EGGS<br />
When buying a jade egg you may see drilled and un-drilled eggs. What does it<br />
mean and what’s the difference? Drilled means that there are holes drilled<br />
through one side of the egg so that you can insert a piece of string, thread or<br />
unflavored floss through it for removal and/or gentle weightlifting exercises (a<br />
more advanced practice that you won’t be learning in this ebook but that I touch on<br />
in the <strong>Jade</strong> <strong>Egg</strong> Sexual Mastery digital course).<br />
Usually the hole goes through the shorter/skinnier side of the egg so that you loop<br />
string through it and then insert the larger side of the egg into your vagina.<br />
I personally only work with drilled eggs and it’s what I sell/recommend. This is<br />
because I see the jade egg practice similar to a Yoga practice or meditation practice.<br />
In my jade egg work, we use the string a lot for various exercises that not only help<br />
you strengthen, tone or isolate different sections of the vagina, but enhance<br />
pleasure, sexual energy and orgasmic sensation.
