SEXUAL POWER CENTER<br />
When you’re done with your jade egg practice or anything that stirs up sexual<br />
energy, you’ll want to always store your sexual energy in your ‘Sexual Power<br />
Center,’ which is near your sacral chakra in your womb space/lower belly and back.<br />
Why do you want to store your sexual energy?<br />
Because this energy is your life-force, vitality and source of abundance, creativity<br />
and turn on. It’s YOURS, therefore, you want it to remain inside of you. You don’t<br />
want it to leak out and leave you feeling depleted, sluggish, turned off and tapped<br />
out of your creativity.<br />
You want to store it within your body so you can glow from the inside out, feel<br />
radiant, TURNED ON and filled with pleasure, creativity, abundance and joy, which<br />
then radiates out into the external world— not the other way around.<br />
Imagine all of your sexual energy flowing into your Sexual Power Center, which is 2<br />
fingers below your navel and about an inch and a half in towards your spine.<br />
Then take your hands, palms facing down, and rub them first counter-clockwise<br />
over your Sexual Power Center and navel region 9 times (this collects and amplifies<br />
your sexual energy) and then switching directions and circling your palms clockwise<br />
9 times (this packs and stores it), packing your sexual energy into this spot,<br />
containing it deeply within you.<br />

great to use after you store the energy in your Sexual Power Center. I like to do this
