It’s basically a windshield wiper type motion with your feet, toes curled back.
Slowly, of course, since you’re holding each for a count of three.
Repeat the whole thing (inhale, rolling feet inward, hold for three, exhale, rolling
feet outward, hold for three) six times.
There is another basic exercise (before we get into the deeper jade egg practices)
that I will be offering in the Jade Egg Sexual Mastery course as well, but these
three are a really good start to your new practice!
WEARING THE EGG AROUND
Another basic exercise is to simply wear your egg around while you do normal daily
activities. You can dance with it in, bathe with it in, make love with it in, wear it to
work or out for drinks with your girlfriends.
Imagine all of that juicy, sexual energy swirling around inside of you, making you
magnetic, alluring and radiant to those around you!
This energy (your sexual energy) goes EVERYWHERE with you. It’s always inside of
you and the jade egg practice helps you awaken it and tap into the sacred power of
your sexual energy and sensuality.
I recommend starting with the three basic exercises first, especially if you have a
very weak pelvic floor.
Why? Because if your pelvic floor is weak and you stand up and your egg drops out
immediately, then it won’t be as easy for you to wear it around.
This is something you’ll have to explore on your own to see how strong your pelvic
floor muscles are.
IMPORTANT THING TO CONSIDER: I only recommend keeping the egg in for an
hour if this is your first use. Otherwise 8 hours is the maximum — because I see
the jade egg as a practice and if you want sustainable, real change in your vagina,
sexual energy and orgasmic potential, then you’ll want to do different exercises.
It’s not just about strength. It’s also about the relax phase. You need an exhale to
your inhale and a release to your squeeze.
