Sexual Energy is Arousal on a Primal Level!
When women start working with the jade egg practice, sometimes it’s difficult for
them to have an awareness of what their sexual energy feels like.
This is normal and common and it’s something you can work with!
The easiest way to understand your sexual energy and begin FEELING it and moving
it up your spine or into your whole body (or parts of your body) is to know that
sexual energy is essentially just arousal.
It’s your TURN ON.
When you feel turned on and horny that is your sexual energy at it’s most basic,
primal level.
You can use the 8,000 nerve endings of your clitoris to begin working with sexual
energy in the form of arousal.
As you are feeling pleasure in your swelling clitoris (or even in your vagina) you can
use the more primal, localized arousal as your focal point.
Once you focus on the pleasure swelling there, you can use your breath, pelvic floor
(the pleasure trampoline) to pump the energy up and your mind’s eye for
imagination purposes to RAISE the energy up as a sensation.
Sometimes it feels like a buzzing, tingling or electric sensation. The more you work
with it and move it using pelvic floor squeezes and breath work, the more you’ll feel
it in your whole body or actually flowing up and down.
You can imagine it as a color, temperature or sensation.
You can imagine it as warm, golden light or flowing water or fire.
But often, it helps to FEEL and LOCATE your arousal — the most primal version of
