egg practice, during sex, self pleasure or as a breathing exercise and meditation in<br />

We’ll be working with three components: your breath, pelvic pulsations and your<br />

mind’s eye for visualization and imagination purposes.<br />

Sometimes when you’re first beginning to awaken and work with your sexual energy<br />

you may not be able to directly feel it so using your breath and mind’s eye will help<br />

move it along.<br />

This will also help you notice if your sexual energy gets stuck in a specific spot or<br />

area in your body.<br />

Here’s how to practice it, but feel free to adjust it to your needs.<br />

‣ Sit in a comfortable position or lying down. Easy pose (cross-legged) works.<br />

‣ Inhale, squeeze your pelvic floor muscles, which are the same muscles you<br />

squeeze to stop your flow of urine. Imagine squeezing and lifting up, which draws<br />

your sexual energy upwards.<br />

‣ As you do the inhale and squeeze, hold it and imagine your sexual energy<br />

gathering in your perineum, which is located between your anus and vaginal<br />

opening.<br />

‣ Hold for about 8 seconds and then exhale, release.<br />

‣ Do this this two more times to gather the energy in your perineum.<br />

‣ Now on the inhale, you are going to have a very gentle, but firm hold on your<br />

pelvic floor muscles as you inhale deeply down into your perineum and raise that<br />

energy up the back of your spine into your brain.
