circulating, directing and storing sexual energy), you will begin to feel your sexual<br />
energy awakening and beginning to move around your body.<br />
‣ It may feel like a buzzing or electrical current in your body or cells. You may feel<br />
ecstatic, euphoric or super energized. You may feel turned on, wet and open or<br />
feel tingly in certain parts of your body.<br />
‣ You may notice this energy in any of the breathing exercises from the previous<br />
chapters and it will awaken even more as you do practices with your egg in.<br />
‣ You might feel energized, aroused and TURNED ON and your libido may feel<br />
supercharged.<br />
‣ You might feel extra creative and notice that you can get more done in less time,<br />
with more ease.<br />
