Relaxing your entire mouth, throat and jaw on the exhale helps your pelvic floor<br />

relax too, letting the egg slip in further.<br />

You can lift your hips up off the bed or floor, which allows you to access the deeper<br />

vaginal canal easier.<br />

If you struggle with this at first, just push the egg in very gently and slowly and see<br />

if you can start to sip it in from there. If need be, just guide the egg in with your<br />

fingertips, slowly and gently.<br />

You want the egg to go beyond just the opening of our vagina so it feels as though<br />

it will stay in on its own when you remove your fingers.<br />

The Warm-up Rituals are all great because they involve pulsing your pelvic floor<br />

muscles, which helps you with sipping your egg in and taking it into your vagina<br />

further.<br />

EXERCISE 1: HIP CIRCLES<br />

With your egg inserted into your vaginal canal completely, plant your feet near your<br />

butt. Your knees should be facing upward, bent. This is the first position of Bridge<br />

Pose in Yoga, before you lift up your hips, of course.<br />

Now that you’re stationed comfortable, begin to circle your hips clockwise.<br />

Imagine that you have a point at 12 o’clock, 3 o’clock, 6 o’clock, and 9 o’clock that<br />

your hips are hitting as you rotate.<br />

Feel what’s going on inside of your vagina as you circle your hips. Make sure you’re<br />

breathing deeply into your pussy.<br />

Circle your hips clockwise six times.<br />

Then, switch and go counter-clockwise six times, breathing deeply, feeling into the<br />

sensations going on inside of your vagina.<br />
