Egg Discernment
This allows your body to determine whether she wants to receive the egg on any
given day or not. This is a practice you’ll want to do every single time you go to use
the egg, because sometimes your vagina won’t want to receive the egg (and you’ll
KNOW and FEEL it), which means you probably shouldn’t force it.
The best thing to do is to put a small amount of coconut oil on your jade egg and
place it near your vaginal opening.
Then, start to swirl it around the area surrounding your vaginal opening, pleasuring
yourself with it. You can also do a twisting or light pulsing motion. Feel free to
moan if it feels good. Let yourself play with the egg on the outside of your whole
vulva (around the inner and outer lips, pubic mound, near the perineum, etc.) and
near your vaginal opening— whatever feels good.
This is also how you learn what you like sexually—WHAT TURNS YOU ON and
AWAKENS YOUR SEXUAL ENERGY.
When it feels right or you feel your vagina naturally wanting to suck the egg in, ask
your pussy and body aloud (or in your mind if you can’t say it aloud for some
reason) if she wants to receive the egg today.
Then, wait patiently for a response. You’ll be able to tell with practice, if not right
away.
Usually you can look for expansion (YES) vs contraction (NO), pulsing deliciously
(YES) or seeming to push away (NO), feeling open, wet, and desirous for the egg
(YES) or or feeling dry, shut down and numb (NO).
You may even notice hardness or softness (or other signs) in your heart and/or
womb. Perhaps in other areas of your body, too.
Expansion, softening, opening, pleasure, pulsing and warmth flooding through
your body or pussy is a good sign it’s a YES.
Contraction, numbness, dryness, shutting down, closing off, hardness,
tightness or feeling pain is a sign it’s a NO.
