This because you want to allow your pelvic floor time to relax. You wouldn’t go to
the gym and hold up a 20 lb weight for 8 hours would you? The same thing for your
pussy! Allow her time to rest, relax and grow stronger and more flexible, supple
and toned in the relaxed phase too. This is why I recommend specific jade egg
exercises as opposed to only wearing it around.
Some women prefer to wear the egg around (with no string or weights attached)
and allow the egg to stay in while doing things like dancing, grocery shopping, etc.
Everyone is different, but you’ll learn through this practice how to trust your body
and surrender to healing.
I encourage you to play around with the exercises AND just wearing it around for a
few hours if you like. Your body will let you know when she doesn’t want the egg in
anymore.
Typically you’ll experience a sensation of it trying to fall out or descend. Or you’ll
feel a dull ache or just longing to ‘birth’ the egg out. Now you’re going to learn how
to remove or ‘birth’ the egg out safely and comfortably!
Removing the Jade Egg
Masculine vs Feminine Removal Techniques
When you’re ready to remove the egg (unless it slid out on its own already), you can
take two approaches.
The first approach is what I consider to be a more ‘Masculine’ technique, involving
removal of the egg through the string.
The second approach is what I consider to be a more ‘Feminine’ technique, which
involves you birthing the jade egg out, as if you were literally giving birth to a baby.
Neither technique is right or wrong, but most of the time using the Feminine
technique is more natural for how our bodies are produced to operate.
