WOMB MASSAGE<br />
You can follow the beginning instructions for the Womb Massage as you did for the<br />
Heart-Opening Breast Massage ritual.<br />
Prepare your oil of choice, place your hands over your womb and breathe into our<br />
womb three times, squeezing and releasing your pelvic floor muscles.<br />
Then, play with different strokes, pressures, techniques to massage your belly,<br />
womb and lower abdomen. You can even move into the lower pelvis or massage<br />
your pubic mound and vulva too.<br />
Rub your palms in a wave-like motion from side to side over your belly.<br />
Circle around your belly button, feel into what feels good and healing for you.<br />
You may experience some pain if you have stored erotic energy or trauma. Just<br />
breathe deeply and play with the strokes and pressure.<br />
