FINANCIAL STATEMENTS<br />
The separate financial statements of <strong>Scapa</strong> Group plc are presented on pages [109 to 119], as required by the Companies Act 2006 (‘the Act’).<br />
The Group has elected not to adopt International Financial Reporting Standards in the individual company accounts for the Parent Company and<br />
subsidiary undertakings, and accordingly these financial statements have been prepared under UK accounting standards and in accordance with<br />
the Act. They are therefore presented separately to the Group consolidated financial statements which have been prepared under International<br />
Financial Reporting Standards.<br />
