Morgan Library:
Morgan Library has many study spaces, open areas and rooms available for reservation. You will use your eID (ex.
estrutz) and password to reserve spaces.
General Study Space Policy:
• Group study areas and quiet study areas (no cellphones and minimal talking) are scattered throughout all
floors of the Morgan Library. There is also a quiet study room in Room 301G and the basement is generally a
quiet area.
• 24/7 Study Area: The Cube, located at the front entrance of the Morgan Library, offers 24/7 access to CSU
students, faculty and staff with their CSU ID card. If you are there after regular library hours, simply hold
your ID up to the pillar in front of each door.
Room Reservation Policy
• Reservations can be made by CSU students, staff, or faculty using their eID and password.
• Users can only reserve rooms up to 7 days in advance.
• Users have a 3-hour time limit per day.
• If users/group are 15 minutes late, their room reservation is forfeited.
• Rooms are NOT intended for classroom instruction, student association meetings, thesis or dissertation
defense or individual study space.

To reserve your room, select your preferred floor.
1. Select your preferred floor, ie Basement, First Floor, Second Floor,
Third Floor.
2. Hover over the preferred time under your preferred Group Study
area.
3. You will be diverted to
a log in screen, use
your eID (ex. estrutz)
and password.
4. Enter the requested
information.
Off Campus-Life (OCL):
Off Campus Life (OCL) is a great resource located on the second floor of the Lory Student Center, next to the
bookstore. You will use your CSU ID to access these services. http://ocl.colostate.edu/home
