The fundamental belief at Dyson is to develop technology to solve a problem.
At The Forefront of Technology
In fact, the company has not just expanded
operations, but also product offerings as well.
From the bright pink G-Force vacuum James
Dyson first started selling in 1983, Dyson is
now known for their many vacuum models,
air purifiers, bladeless fans and heaters, hair
dryers and public restroom hand dryers. The
Dyson Air Multiplier, which works like a
stand fan but without rotating blades, remains
a prime example of how Dyson disrupted
conventional machines by developing and
applying his patented core technology onto
his inventions and new products.
It’s this disruptive technology that puts
Dyson at the forefront of modern appliances
and development, and his accolades are
not just limited to household products. The
company’s - and founder’s - most ambitious
project to date is the development of their
very own electric vehicle, with £200 million
being invested into this endeavour, currently
ongoing on their site at Hullavington, UK.
Of course, expect to pay a pretty penny
for it, but with a Dyson, you can be sure
to also expect it to be perfect, efficient and
revolutionary… and you’ll wonder how you
ever lived without it.
After decades of starting his company and countless inventions, James
Dyson is still very much passionate about the work that he does.
