Prof. Radhika R
MA (English), B.Ed., PGDHRM
Prof. Radhika’s area of expertise is in Business
Communication and Soft Skills. She has spent
23 years in mentoring and training students
out of which 14 years are at IBS Bangalore.
Academic administration, and coordination in
areas of students‘ activities and alumni have
been an important part of her profile. She
has conducted communication workshop
for corporate executives and is a part of
knowledge sharing programs for faculty and
students from different colleges. She also
teaches Human Resource Management and
Personal Effectiveness Management.
Prof. Ravichandran has over 32 years of experience
– 28 of them in Industry (16+ years as a Business
Manager in Himalaya Drug Co, 11+ years as Manager
in HSBC in the Global Banking Markets division and
Analytics division (Credit Control Management, Credit
Risk & Operation Risk Management, and Risk Analytics)
and over 4 years in Academics. He has handled various
finance subjects like Financial Derivatives, Portfolio
Management, International Financial Management,
Advanced Capital Budgeting, Investment Banking,
Strategic Financial Management, Project Appraisal &
Finance, and Advanced Financial Management. He has
also worked as a consultant in IT companies for a few
assignments for BASEL related market risk projects.
Currently he handles courses in the area of Investment
Banking, Strategic Financial Management, Project
Appraisal & Finance, Advanced Financial Management,
and Marketing of Financial Products.
Prof. Ravichandran V
M.S. (Inf. Tech.), MBA (Finance)
Prof. Ravindra has over 18 years of Industry and
Academic experience. During his Industry days, he
was associated with Cipla Pharmaceuticals in the
area of Production & Quality control and was a part
of the USFDA (United States Food Drug Association)
Audit. In addition to research articles and case
studies in various reputed journals, he has also
published books in Security Analysis and Portfolio
Management, International Financial Management,
Banking & Insurance, and Stock and Commodity
markets. He is a qualified Mentor and has completed
Mentor development programs from the National
Entrepreneurship Network (NEN), London Business
School and Goldman Sachs.
