Prof. Susheela is an Adjunct Faculty Member at
ICFAI Business School, Bangalore. She teaches
Statistics and Business Research Methods. A
graduate in Agricultural Sciences and a MBA
in International Business, she has also done a
certification course from University of Madras
for being a Soft Skills Instructor . Her career
started in early-2000s. She has more than 2 years
of experience as Business Analyst and almost
14 years in Academia. As an educator she has
been teaching Statistics and other management
subjects including Operations Research, Project
Management and Operations Management. The
background of the audience varies from Diploma,
Post-Graduation, ICWA aspirants, Management
students and Executives. She has also imparted
training in Personality Development to the
spouses of defence officers for 3 years, at Defence
Services Staff College, Tamil Nadu.
Dr. Vanishree has a Ph.D. in Applied Business
Economics and is also pursuing her second Ph.D.
in Management. She has 27 years of experience
in Academics. She has earlier worked as Director
and Principal of various colleges. She has been a
resource person, participated and presented several
papers in national and international seminars.
Apart from publishing numerous papers in
research journals, she has conducted management
development programs and was also an editorial
Board Member for Pezzottaite Journals. She offers
courses in the area of Economics.

Prof. Visveswaran worked as an IT consultant for
10 years in the field of Data warehousing, Business
Intelligence and Data Analytics. During his tenure
he worked as a Consultant, Solution Architect and
Business Analyst for multiple domains like Retail,
Finance and Healthcare sector for organizations
like Wipro, Capgemini and L&T Infotech.
Prior to IBS, he was also associated with Jain
University, Bangalore as an Assistant Professor,
wherein he taught subjects like Data Analytics,
Business Intelligence, Data Mining & Database
Management Systems. He has been invited to
deliver guest lectures across the country. He was
also nominated as the best faculty by Infosys for
the campus connect program. Apart from these,
he has been a visiting faculty at XIME, Symbiosis,
ISBR and PES.
