Dr. Reema Mohanty

MBA (HR), Certified Behavior & Values Analyst,

Ph.D.

Dr. Reema has over 11 years of experience in

developing and managing talent across leading

organizations in India like Infosys Technologies,

Mphasis, and Goldman Sachs. Having done her

Ph.D. on the gaps between B-school education

and industry expectations, she specializes in the

areas of organizational leadership, employee

relations and organizational behavior, with a

special interest in student development and

strengthening the academia-industry partnership.

Prof. Seeboli Ghosh

M.B.A (Marketing), M. Phil., [Ph.D.]

Prof. Seeboli has an exposure of nearly 6 years

in academics and over 4 years in the industry

landscape. IBS is her alma-mater and she has

done stints across different sectors including

blue chip financial services and niche research

& development organizations. She has been

a thought leader in the arena of modern day

marketing strategies and has presented multiple

papers at IIM Bangalore, Christ University, etc.

Her portfolio includes 12 research papers in

national and international journals. She has been

a leading corporate trainer, mentoring senior

executives. Her research interests revolve around

Marketing & Digital Media, Business Analytics,

Behavioral Finance, etc. Prior to IBS Bangalore

she was associated with Presidency College &

ITM Business School in Bangalore.

Dr. Shafiulla B

M.Com. MBA, Ph.D.

Dr. Shafiulla is a Marketing faculty member with

22 years of experience in Academics. His primary

research area includes Brand Management and

Retail Management. His article titled “Genericization

of Trademarks: Brand name becomes Generic name

– A Challenge for Brand Managers” was published in

the Indian Journal of Marketing (Cabell’s Registered

Journal) in September 2010. It is a pioneering work

on “Genericized Trademarks”. He has published 12

papers in the areas of Marketing in national refereed

journals and has presented 25 papers at various

national and international conferences in India and

abroad in the area of Marketing. He has been on

the editorial board for the IUP Journal of Marketing

Management, Hyderabad, as Consulting Editor for

the last seven years. He was also a recipient of the

BEST FACULTY AWARD in the year 2015.
