IBS makes it a practice to take feedback
from all recruiters and the valuable inputs
received are reinforced in the minds of
current batch students. Internships and
placements are given utmost importance.
Every year several leading companies visit
IBS campuses for internships and final
placements. Career Management Centers
located at IBS campuses guide and mentor
the students on placement matters. IBS has
a growing alumni base of 54000 who are
currently pursuing fast track careers with
1000 plus companies in India and abroad.
The IBS Alumni Federation (IBSAF) has
chapters in nine cities in India and alumni
actively participate in the development of
IBS Campuses.
IBS believes that
management education
should have a good blend of
academic rigor and practical
utility. The management
graduates should possess
the right knowledge, right
skills, and right attitudes.
COVID-19 has disrupted all levels of
education across the world. IBS, a pioneer
in technology–enabled learning (TEL),
introduced Quicforce <https://quicforce.
ibsindia.org/>, its Learning Management
System (LMS) in 2012. Since then, IBS
has been providing flexible learning
opportunity and enhanced learning
experience to students. This experience
helped IBS rapidly transition to blended
online learning and transformed its
teaching, learning and assessment
into more engaging and impactful, by
redesigning the courses with a thoughtful
blend of synchronous-synchronousasynchronous
learning modes. Online
classes have started as per schedule of
earlier years on June 4th 2020.
