Philip passed out from Birla Institute of

Technology, Mesra in 2001 and has 25 years

of experience. He started his career with the IT

sector in 1995, and later on worked with Bajaj

Allianz Life and Convergys. At IBS Bangalore he

is primarily involved in planning and organizing

campus drives, and corporate tie-ups –

interfacing between institute and the industry.

He involves himself in strategic interventions, for

meeting desired industry

expectations vis-à-vis

student competencies

for fresh hiring, through

various initiatives.

Shubha, an engineering graduate from Dr.

Ambedkar Institute of Technology, has over 11

years of work experience. Adept at screening,

sourcing and pre-selection of candidates and

campus relations during her stint in corporate

career as part of the talent acquisition team, she

has since then moved into handling placement

activities with educational institutions. Having

previously associated with R V Institute of

Management & M S Ramaiah

Institutions, she is adroit at

implementing qualitative

techniques to analyze the skills

of candidates as per client

requirement.

Swagat, an MBA graduate from KIIT School

of Management, Bhubaneswar, has more

than 16 years of extensive corporate

experience in the areas of Business

Development. He has worked in the

capacity of a Business Consultant handling

enterprise sales for strategic business units.

His KRAs include strong networking skills,

corporate communication, recruitment,

training and key

account management.

Before joining IBS he

was associated with

companies like Adecco &

Hero Group.
