Savory Gourmet, Inc. is a leading importer,
distributor and manufacturer of top
quality food products. We have served
the nation's finest hotels, restaurants
and caterers in Southern California since
2003. Petrovich Caviar imports quality
caviar from farms all over the word, and
distributes across the United States since
1998.
The Savory Gourmet product line includes
a variety of imported and domestic
perishable and nonperishable items
under our own private label, Savory
Farm, or under exclusive contracts with
selected companies.

Closed Saturdays, Sundays and some

SHIPPING & DELIVERY DAYS
Savory Gourmet delivers Monday through
Friday, with different delivery days for different
areas. Please call our office or ask
your Account Executive for more information
on your delivery days.
There is a minimum of $100 to order for
delivery. Deliveries under $250 will incur
a minimum $10 delivery fee. Some heavy
items such as bottled water, or items requiring
additional handling may incur a
higher delivery fee.
WILL CALL PICKUP
There is no minimum order and never
a delivery fee for Will Call Pickups. Orders
for Will Call may be picked up at our
Gardena location during normal business
hours:

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with
all of our products. Please notify us as
quickly as possible when a problem arises.
All claims for missing or damaged
goods must be reported within 24 hours
of receipt. Please keep all packaging and
labels, and please maintain all refrigerated
or frozen products at proper storage
temperatures to maintain product health.
There are no returns permitted on pre-orders
or special ordered items. A 15% restocking
fee may apply. Additional terms
and conditions may apply.
PAYMENT TERMS
Unless approved in advance by Savory
Gourmet, all orders must be pre-paid or
C.O.D.
All new accounts begin with the Credit
Application, regardless of payment
terms. You may apply for credit using the
Credit Application on the following pages,
or by downloading the appropriate form

You may place a credit/debit card on file
for all future purchases. Please download
the appropriate form at:

For Net Terms accounts, all sections
must be completed. For Pre-Paid accounts,

Orders and Invoices may be paid by
credit/debit card, and are subject to a 3%
