ACQUERELLO (ITALY)

Acquerello may be the best rice in the world for risotto. The small Italian company has

developed a patented 20 step process to combine the nutrition of a brown rice and

the taste of a white Carnaroli rice. The grains can be aged up to 7 years before being

packed in a special container to preserve the aromas.

BAJAMAR (SPAIN)

Bajamar is a small Spanish manufacturer specialised in the production of piquillo and

asparagus since 1966. The company wants to facilitate the adoption of a balanced

diet with all the flavors or Mediterranean cuisine. Most of their piquillos come from the

company’s farm. After harvest, they are processed with traditional techniques, roasted

by fire and packaged by hand.

BALFEGO (SPAIN)

Balfego is one of the main producer of fine bluefin tuna from Mediterranean Sea. The

company catches wild fish from 200 to 600 pounds and feed them exclusively with fish

to ensure a perfect fat content. Each tuna is harvested individually and every single part

is sold, fresh or frozen.

BARNIER (FRANCE)

Barnier is a French family company specializing in the preparation and packing of olives

and tapenades since 1936. Barnier carefully hand-select their olives, making sure

they have an authentic flavour, a bright color and a firm, meaty texture. The Barnier

range includes a wide variety of herb-infused, marinated olives together with a selection

of seasonal famous olives from Southern France, “Lucques” “Niçoises” & “Picholines”

varieties.
