Hydrocarbons
• Acquisition of 2431, 5 km of 2D seismic data,
486 sq km of 3D seismic data, 58 stations
of ADD-HR, and 64 351 km of airborne
gravimetric and magnetometric surveys and
2578 stations of land gravimetric surveys ;
• Drilling of 4 wells one of which is offshore ;
• Nomination of ONHYM as manager of the
royalty for the transit of Algerian gas via the
Moroccan territory ;
• Signature of two new Petroleum Agreements
and three Reconnaissance Contracts for
hydrocarbon exploration and production ;
• Conclusion of two memoranda of understanding
(MoU) and a confidentiality agreement
for the development of oil shale potential ;
• Signature of a cooperation and data exchange
agreement ;
• Signature of a grant agreement for the financing
of a study project for data management.
Mines

cession of Azouggar N’tilili polymetallic-gold
deposit in Tan Tan province ;
• Confirmation of the importance of Glibat
Lafhouda and Twihinat prospects in Fe, Nb,
Ta, U and light rare earth (Awserd province) ;
• Completion of the geochemical survey
subcontracted run in Awserd region and
start of first control works of circumscribed
anomalies ;
• Carrying on of feasibility study on Achemmach
deposit (tin in El Hajeb province) in partnership
with Kasbah Resources (Australia) ;
• Conclusion of two new mining draft
agreements, a memorandum of understanding
(MoU) and two cession contracts.
