Staff<br />
As of December 31 st , <strong>2008</strong>, ONHYM staff<br />
was 942 agents of whom 192 engineers and<br />
managers, 388 supervisors, 25 employees and<br />
337 workers.<br />

below Engineers the & executives standards of bodies Supervisors dedicated<br />
to Employees research. The objective is to reach, Workers in the<br />
medium term, a rate of 30 % of the staff.<br />

The <strong>Office</strong> staff has recorded a regular decrease<br />
for the last decade as a result of the combined<br />
effect of departures for r<strong>et</strong>irement, interruption<br />
of recruitments and voluntary departure<br />
operation.<br />
Non<strong>et</strong>heless, the recruitment operations are<br />
undertaken taking into account the positions<br />
provided by the outline law (34 in <strong>2008</strong>).<br />
Activity <strong>Report</strong> <strong>2008</strong><br />
The number of departures recorded at the end<br />
of December <strong>2008</strong> reached 16.<br />
Harmonization of personnel<br />
management rules<br />
The harmonization works undertaken during<br />
<strong>2008</strong> helped to close this file. The results are<br />
summed up in the following :<br />
• Preparation of 104 harmonized decisions and<br />
memoranda ;<br />
• Preparation of 64 ONHYM harmonized<br />
management rules, resulting from the newly<br />
s<strong>et</strong> up decisions and procedures ;<br />
• Identification of 17 performance indicators ;<br />
• Examination of 13 management acts by an<br />
ad hoc committee ; the results of the latter’s<br />
works will be submitted to Human Resources<br />
committee‘s approval.<br />
Attendance time management<br />
The clocking in/clocking out system is<br />
operational since May 2, <strong>2008</strong> and concerns<br />
the whole staff working in Rabat (headquarters<br />
and Base).<br />
