Staff
As of December 31 st , 2008, ONHYM staff
was 942 agents of whom 192 engineers and
managers, 388 supervisors, 25 employees and
337 workers.

The rate of supervision, set at 20 41% %, remains
below Engineers the & executives standards of bodies Supervisors dedicated
to Employees research. The objective is to reach, Workers in the
medium term, a rate of 30 % of the staff.

The Office staff has recorded a regular decrease
for the last decade as a result of the combined
effect of departures for retirement, interruption
of recruitments and voluntary departure
operation.
Nonetheless, the recruitment operations are
undertaken taking into account the positions
provided by the outline law (34 in 2008).

The number of departures recorded at the end
of December 2008 reached 16.
Harmonization of personnel
management rules
The harmonization works undertaken during
2008 helped to close this file. The results are
summed up in the following :
• Preparation of 104 harmonized decisions and
memoranda ;
• Preparation of 64 ONHYM harmonized
management rules, resulting from the newly
set up decisions and procedures ;
• Identification of 17 performance indicators ;
• Examination of 13 management acts by an
ad hoc committee ; the results of the latter’s
works will be submitted to Human Resources
committee‘s approval.
Attendance time management
The clocking in/clocking out system is
operational since May 2, 2008 and concerns
the whole staff working in Rabat (headquarters
and Base).
