Bled Jemaa (Pb, Au, Ag, Zn)
In Bled Jemaa, located in central Morocco, at
1,5 km SW of Moulay Bou Azza, the core drilling
works that started at the end of 2007 were
completed by the spudding of the 6 th drilling.
The main zone bearing mineralization, composed
of microdiorite dykes, crushed schists and
quartz lens with sulfides, has been cross cut
by all the drillings. The most promising results
are those of drilling N°1 and N°2 where grades
reach 19 g/t Au ; 3.24 % Pb ; 2.2 % Zn and
52 g/t Ag over thicknesses less than 1 m.
Concerning the 4 th and 5 th drilling, the results
reach 2.33 g/t Au over 0,85 m and 4 g/t Au
over 0.35 m, respectively. Towards NE and SW
ends of the index, the impacts of drilling N°3
and N°6 are indexed.
A preliminary assessment of the resources gave
339 423 t to 3 g/t Au, 0.85 % Pb, 0.50 % Zn
and 21.3 g/t Ag (variant 1) or 495 003 t to 2.20
g/t Au, 0.60 % Pb, 0.36 % Zn and 15.7 g/t Ag
(variant 2), or the equivalent of 1.02 t or 1.09 t
in metal gold.

Ighir ou Roumi (Pb, Zn, Ag)
At Ighir ou Roumi, located in central Morocco, at
5 km NE of Moulay Bou Azza, a zone mineralized
with Pb-Ag was followed in surface over 200 m.
Four drillings, totalling 448.60 m, were executed
and intersected the targeted structures. The
latter are constituted of microdioritic dykes with
crushing zones and quartz veins with sulfides
(pyrite, galene, sphalerite and mispickel).
The results of analyses show grades reaching
6.54 % Pb and 4.78 % Zn over inframetric
thicknesses. Grades in Ag may reach 238 g/t
and those of Au 1.04 g/t.
A preliminary evaluation of the resources yielded
212 205 t to 3.70 % Pb, 2.71 % Zn and 94 g/t
Ag.
Sud Bani (Fe)
In Sud Bani prospect (Tan Tan province), located
at 70 km SE of Tan Tan, where surface grades
range from 32 to 57 % in total ore, a survey
of 13 core drillings totalling 510 m is under
way on the Zini West prospect with ferriferous
mineralization.
The first drilling, stopped at 22 m, has cross
cut a mineralized level of iron oxide over a reel
thickness of 2.6 m, whereas the 2 nd drilling,
stopped at 29 m, has cross cut two subhorizontal
ferriferous levels with grades of 1 m
and 3 m, respectively.
