Create a Healthier Lifestyle: The number one secret to losing<br />

weight is to change your lifestyle. How? Change your habits<br />

and create a healthier lifestyle.<br />

Set a Positive Goal: To lose<br />

weight and get in shape requires<br />

that you fight for yourself. How? Set a<br />

positive goal. A positive<br />

goal will give you hope,<br />

and hope gives you the<br />

strength to win.<br />

1. Say, “I will get rid of 30<br />

pounds within three months. My<br />

target date is 0-00-0000.”<br />

2. Make a commitment. Say, “I never<br />

give in until I win.”<br />

Plan for Success: A proper plan motivates<br />

you. It’ll be easier and more<br />

fun to lose weight and get<br />

in shape. Develop an<br />

eating and exercise<br />

plan.<br />

Announce Your<br />

Goal: Show your commitment<br />

and confidence.<br />

People<br />

will help you lose<br />

weight and get in shape. Ask your family and<br />

friends to support you. Post your goal and<br />

commitment on social media. So many<br />

people will support you in achieving your<br />

goal.<br />

Execute Your Plan: Focus on your<br />

plan 10,000% and never give up until<br />

you get in shape. Throw away all junk<br />

food at home and at work. Weigh<br />

yourself every day so you can adjust<br />

your plan properly, and report your<br />

experience to your family and friends<br />

every day.<br />

After you achieve your goal,<br />

share your successful methods with<br />

someone else that needs to lose<br />

weight. Keep practicing the Four<br />

Wheels of Physical Fitness. You<br />

will enjoy healthy living for the<br />

rest of your life. Extra fat is<br />

your enemy, my enemy, and<br />

health’s enemy.<br />
