headlined ''A slight exaggeration'', a joke allegedly quoting a<br />

begging letter received at the Paris Bureau de Bienfaisance. <strong>The</strong><br />

reverse shows part of a (joke?) on the subject of Judges, Congress,<br />

and the prohibition of alcohol.<br />
