Notes: When listed were included in a 1998 envelope (destroyed)
with some apparently unrelated miscellanea including proofs of ''Is
Mars Habitable''; post-it note label in Richard Wallace's hand
included ''Lists compiled by WGW''. A TS of page 3, probably the
top copy of the CC p 3 here, was found at another location (See
WP16/3/3)
