TIPS

Important!

Load the Wet Media Brushes from

the gear menu button ( ) in the

Brush picker before you start. If

you click OK rather than Append in

the dialog box when asked to

replace the current brushes, you

will have a shorter list and more

appropriate brushes for painting.

Did You Know?

A true watercolor palette includes

only gray and no black paint at all.

Photoshop’s Watercolor filter in the

Filter Gallery adds too much black

to replicate a traditional watercolor

and also dulls the colors.

Change It!

You can change the settings for

any brush by clicking the Brush

Panel Toggle button ( ) in the

Options bar to open the Brushes

panel. Try clicking the word Texture

and make changes to the scale,

depth, or pattern to add texture to

your brush.
