Manager at Lisbon St Roopers<br />
Lynn started out working as a cashier for Roopers in July 2014. It<br />
didn't take long to see her potential. Within the first six months of her<br />
employment, Lynn worked her way up from Cashier to Assistant<br />
Manager and eventually to Manager. Over the years, she has been a<br />
great asset to the establishment, including helping train other<br />
managers.<br />
As a professional woman working in the fast-paced environment that<br />
is Roopers, Lynn's most significant struggle has been finding a good<br />
work/life balance. Yet, she has proven to be a great Mother, Wife, and<br />
Store Manager. When asked about the most significant transition<br />
Roopers has undergone during her years here, she replied, "This one<br />
is hard...the one big change that happened was the loss of Steve. The<br />
challenge now is to continue making Steve prouder of us all."<br />
Lynn is the Manager at the Roopers Lisbon Street location. Her<br />
favorite part of Roopers is the fantastic team of people she works<br />
with and all the customers that come in and out of the store.<br />
Jesse St. Laurent writes: "I am proud of her and her struggles. She is a<br />
very resilient, dedicated person and employee. Loyal to the end. So<br />
proud to work and watch her grow!" To our friend and loyal<br />
companion Lynn, thank you for being a dedicated employee and<br />
helping build Roopers up to what it is today.<br />
