Natalia Kaloh Vid is a teaching assistant at <strong>the</strong> Faculty of Arts, <strong>University</strong> of<br />
Maribor. She holds a Ph.D. degree in English literature <strong>and</strong> translation studies from<br />
<strong>the</strong> <strong>University</strong> of Maribor (Slovenia) <strong>and</strong> an M.A. in Modern Russian Literature.<br />
Kaloh Vid is currently finishing her second Ph.D. <strong>the</strong>sis on Apocalyptic symbolism<br />
in Mikhail Bulgakov’s literary works. Her research interests include Modern<br />
Russian literature, Soviet literature <strong>and</strong> influence of ideology on translations.
