I am pleased to report that the project planning phases are in motion. Five design-build teams submitted proposals. The selection committee has shortlisted the top three ranked firms to participate in interviews for final selection. Once those interviews are complete, the highestranked firm will be presented to the City Commission for consideration and approval to proceed with contract terms/scope negotiation. If approval is granted, the draft contract is expected to be placed on a city commission agenda in January 2024.
