CORNELL UNIVERSITY MEDICAL COLLEGE COUNCIL.
Meeting, March 18, 1916.
Present President Schurman. Mr. Westinghouse, Doctors Polk,
Stimson and Thompson.
Owing to absence from the City
were not present.
Mr. Place and Mr. Ickelheimer
The Budget for 1916-1917, was presented and considered in detail
and action deferred until the next meeting.
Moved and carried that the Council make recommendations to the
Board of Trustees as follows :
1. That the April meeting of the Council be on the fifteenth and
the May on meeting the thirteenth.
2. That the action taken at the last meeting abolishing free tuition
scholarships be rescinded and that this question be reconsidered, and
that there be considered at the same time the question of raising the
charge for tuition for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Dispensary reports for the month of February, 1916,
and placed on file.

Moved and carried that the minutes of this meeting be approved as
read.
The meeting then adjourned.
