recent meetings that this was not reached.
Moved and carried that the Medical College Council make recom
mendations to the Board of Trustees as follows :
i. That Mr. H. H. Westinghouse be appointed a Committee of one
with power to employ the services of a Consulting Engineer to in
vestigate and report upon the matter of important repairs and changes
in equipment needed iu the mechanical plant of the College Building.
2. That the matter of the administration of the manufacturing de
partments of the Loomis Laboratory be referred to a Committee con
of sisting Doctors Polk and Stimson to investigate and report.
3. That the following appropriations be made to pay for extra work
done during the Session of 1914-15 :
Doctor C. E. Nammack $150 00
Doctor A. Lambert 100 00
4. That the question of Compensation Cases treated in the Out
Patient Department of the College be referred to Doctor Stimson to
report at the next meeting.
5. That an appropriation of $390 be made to pay one half the
Laboratory

6. That the request of Doctor J. R. Murlin,
Physiology, for remission of tuition be granted.

Coleman to defray expenses connected with special research work in

8. That Mr. Nicholas Zipkin, first year student, be permitted to
give his note in adjustment of his tuition fees for the Session 1915-16.
9. That the Managing Clerk be authorised to have the two flag
poles on the roof of the college building on First Avenue removed,
and one or two smaller projecting poles placed in front of the build
ing
