2. In addition to the above remuneration,employees are entitled to gratuity, medical benefits, etc. <strong>in</strong> accordance with the Company’s rules.<br />
3. The net remuneration is arrived at by deduct<strong>in</strong>g from the Gross remuneration, Income Tax, Company’s contribution to Provident Fund, Superannuation Fund and the<br />
monetary value of non-cash perquisites, wherever applicable.<br />
4. The remuneration as <strong>in</strong>dicated above, <strong>in</strong>cludes performance l<strong>in</strong>ked payments for employees for the previous year, which were approved by the Management dur<strong>in</strong>g the year.
