<strong>The</strong> <strong>Galena</strong> <strong>Territory</strong> Association, Inc., also known as the GTA, is the<br />
property owners’ organization that manages and maintains the recreational<br />
amenities for the enjoyment of property owners and their guests.<br />
<strong>The</strong> GTA also provides management services to the eight satellite associations<br />
located within <strong>The</strong> <strong>Galena</strong> <strong>Territory</strong>, and programs and services<br />
(upon request) to help owners maintain their properties.<br />
Established as a not-for-profit corporation, the day-to-day operations<br />
of the GTA are administered by a full-time, professional management<br />
team with oversight and policy development/decision-making<br />
provided by a volunteer Board of Directors, elected from and by property<br />
owners.<br />
<strong>The</strong> GTA’s mission is to foster the development and use of <strong>The</strong> <strong>Galena</strong><br />
<strong>Territory</strong> through the wise allocation of resources; to manage and maintain<br />
services, infrastructure and amenities consistent with property<br />
owner interests; and to protect the natural environment and the character<br />
of the surrounding scenic area.<br />
