Se realizaron 87 mil 247 acciones para el diseño <strong>de</strong><br />
políticas, con la finalidad <strong>de</strong> coordinar, supervisar y<br />
evaluar proyectos y programas para la administración<br />
<strong>de</strong> recursos humanos, <strong>de</strong>sarrollo organizacional e<br />
informática <strong>de</strong>l po<strong>de</strong>r ejecutivo, conforme al artículo<br />
31 fracción I <strong>de</strong> la Ley Orgánica <strong>de</strong> la Administración<br />
Pública <strong>Estatal</strong> y en respuesta a los objetivos,<br />
estrategias y priorida<strong>de</strong>s <strong>de</strong>l Plan <strong>de</strong> Desarrollo<br />
Chiapas 2001-2006.<br />
Al periodo que se informa, se tramitaron 12<br />
coberturas <strong>de</strong> primas <strong>de</strong> seguro <strong>de</strong> vida a los<br />
trabajadores al servicio <strong>de</strong>l Gobierno <strong>de</strong>l Estado.<br />

Con la finalidad <strong>de</strong> estimular a los trabajadores<br />
sindicalizados en el <strong>de</strong>sempeño <strong>de</strong> sus activida<strong>de</strong>s,<br />
se otorgaron 31 estímulos a representaciones<br />
sindicales, así como 439 preseas y premios a<br />
trabajadores sindicalizados.<br />
Se dio atención a 217 reconocimientos <strong>de</strong> pensiones<br />
otorgadas por el ISSTECH, por jubilación, vejez e<br />
invali<strong>de</strong>z al personal <strong>de</strong>l sector magisterio y<br />
burocracia; realizándose los trámites para el pago <strong>de</strong>l<br />
seguro <strong>de</strong> retiro mismos que se vienen pagando<br />
regularmente a sus beneficiarios.<br />
