6. Se <strong>de</strong>berá precisar <strong>los</strong> factores que han acelerado y aquel<strong>los</strong> que se han<br />
constituido como una limitación <strong>para</strong> el logro <strong>de</strong> cada una <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong>s metas<br />
p<strong>la</strong>nificadas, sean éstos <strong>de</strong> or<strong>de</strong>n económico, capacidad operativa,<br />
disponibilidad <strong>de</strong> equipos informáticos, <strong>de</strong>sarrollo <strong>de</strong> sistemas, acceso a<br />
<strong>la</strong> información u otros.<br />
7. Deberá sustentarse <strong>los</strong> motivos por <strong>los</strong> cuales no se cumplió con <strong>la</strong>s<br />
metas p<strong>la</strong>nificadas <strong>de</strong> acciones y activida<strong>de</strong>s <strong>de</strong> control, <strong>de</strong>biendo<br />
justificar en cada caso <strong>la</strong> existencia <strong>de</strong> metas menores a <strong>la</strong>s p<strong>la</strong>nificadas,<br />
así como <strong>de</strong> todas aquel<strong>la</strong>s que habiendo programado concluirse se<br />
encuentran en <strong>los</strong> siguientes estados:”Pendiente”, “Suspendida” y<br />
“Cance<strong>la</strong>da”.<br />
8. En <strong>los</strong> casos que dichas limitaciones afecten el normal <strong>de</strong>senvolvimiento<br />
<strong>de</strong>l Órgano <strong>de</strong> Control Institucional, <strong>de</strong>berá remitirse un documento<br />
adicional dirigido a <strong>la</strong> Gerencia <strong>de</strong> Órganos <strong>de</strong> Control Institucional <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong><br />
Contraloría General, <strong>de</strong>biendo adjuntarse <strong>la</strong> documentación necesaria,<br />
<strong>para</strong> que adopte <strong>la</strong>s acciones correspondientes en el marco <strong>de</strong> su<br />
competencia funcional.<br />
9. Deberá informarse el cumplimiento <strong>de</strong> lo dispuesto en el artículo 8° <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong><br />
Ley N° 29060:<br />
INFORME MENSUAL SOBRE EL ESTADO DE LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS<br />
ADMINISTRATIVOS INICIADOS, ASÍ COMO SOBRE LAS<br />
RESPONSABILIDADES EN QUE HUBIERAN INCURRIDO LOS<br />
FUNCIONARIOS Y SERVIDORES PÚBLICOS QUE INCUMPLAN CON<br />
LAS NORMAS DE LA LEY DEL PROCEDIMIENTO ADMINISTRATIVO<br />
GENERAL-LEY N° 27444, LA LEY N° 29060 Y AQUELLOS QUE HAYAN<br />
SIDO DENUNCIADOS POR LOS ADMINISTRADOS EN CUMPLIMIENTO<br />

11. Debe existir concordancia entre <strong>los</strong> comentarios reportados en <strong>los</strong><br />
formatos y <strong>la</strong> información contenida .en el Informe <strong>de</strong> Cumplimiento.<br />
12. El cumplimiento <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> disposición <strong>de</strong> 40 horas anuales <strong>de</strong> capacitación
