María José Díaz-Aguadoexperimentado en una <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong>s au<strong>la</strong>s queparticiparon en esta última investigación,compuesta básicamente por repetidores y conun alto porcentaje <strong>de</strong> alumnos con conductaviolenta, a <strong>la</strong> que correspon<strong>de</strong>n los siguientesprotocolos <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong>s entrevistas realizadas a tresalumnos:MANUEL (ANTES DE PARTICIPAR EN LOSPROGRAMAS) "Me han echado <strong>de</strong> c<strong>la</strong>semuchas veces por enfrentarme a algunosprofesores. (…) Me faltan al respeto. Abusan<strong>de</strong> ser profesores. Como el otro día unaprofesora me dijo que <strong>la</strong> c<strong>la</strong>se estaba mejor sinmí y yo le dije que si estaba mejor sin míentonces también estaba mejor sin el<strong>la</strong>. (…) Sime porto mal y hay unas normas que me <strong>la</strong>sexpliquen. podrían intentar hab<strong>la</strong>r conmigo,llevarme por otro camino. (…) son profesores.Ellos sabrán cómo, pero no diciéndome esascosas porque me incitan a que me ponganervioso y empeore todo. Esta c<strong>la</strong>se esproblemática. Todos lo dicen. Nos hemosjuntado <strong>la</strong> mayoría repetidores. (…) este añohe empezado mal y no creo que tengasolución. ¿Si tu fueras director <strong>de</strong>l instituto quéharías para resolver estas situaciones?Cambiar el modo <strong>de</strong> dar <strong>la</strong> c<strong>la</strong>se y echando a<strong>la</strong>lumno o al profesor. Porque a mí me expulsanpero a ellos no”.MANUEL (DESPUÉS DE LOS PROGRAMAS, ENLOS QUE PARTICIPÓ DE FORMAINTERMITENTE DEBIDO A LASEXPULSIONES): "El ambiente <strong>de</strong> c<strong>la</strong>se hamejorado. En grupos vamos mejor.Apren<strong>de</strong>mos más, porque como hay personasque tienen más nivel sacan mejor nota y alfinal todo se acaba pegando. (…) Trabajar enc<strong>la</strong>se es contagioso. (…) La re<strong>la</strong>ción con losprofesores ha mejorado. (…) Me parece bienque se trate el tema <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>violencia</strong> en c<strong>la</strong>se,porque tengo el carácter muy fuerte y meenfado mucho. Y si me hacen algo…me pongonervioso. Depen<strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong> con quién me controlo ono …ya me he dado cuenta que me puedoperjudicar, me he dado cuenta que aquí en elinstituto no sirve para nada. ¿Por qué teexpulsaron? Por acumu<strong>la</strong>ción <strong>de</strong> partes…nome echaron por qué sí. Me lo merezco. Me hedado cuenta <strong>de</strong> que por hacer el tonto voy atener que repetir".JORGE (DESPUÉS DE PARTICIPAR EN LOSPROGRAMAS): “El ambiente en c<strong>la</strong>se hamejorado mucho. Al principio dábamos muchaguerra. Hemos mejorado, nos hemostranquilizado. Este trimestre todo el mundo seda cuenta que tiene que aprobar el curso, quenos pasamos mucho con los profesores. (…)Creo que el trabajo en grupos ha influido. Nosconocemos mejor, nos ayudamos a los<strong>de</strong>beres, prestamos más atención a <strong>la</strong>asignatura, <strong>la</strong>s c<strong>la</strong>ses se hacen más divertidas.(…) Apren<strong>de</strong>mos más porque todas <strong>la</strong>s dudasse resuelven entre los cuatro <strong>de</strong>l grupo, notenemos que preguntar al profesor. (…) Lasc<strong>la</strong>ses eran antes muy aburridas y ahora sondivertidas. (…) En ética hab<strong>la</strong>mos <strong>de</strong>problemas <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> calle, que tenemos nosotros.De <strong>la</strong> <strong>violencia</strong> en <strong>la</strong> calle, <strong>de</strong> los <strong>de</strong>rechoshumanos…a mi me sirve para mi vida. ¿Porqué? Hab<strong>la</strong>mos <strong>de</strong> lo que se <strong>de</strong>be hacer y nose <strong>de</strong>be hacer y luego cuando se te presentaun problema en <strong>la</strong> calle lo solucionas <strong>de</strong> otramanera. Por ejemplo si nos pasa otra vez lo<strong>de</strong>l bar (una situación <strong>de</strong> <strong>violencia</strong> entrebandas <strong>de</strong>scrita al principio <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> entrevista yvivida antes <strong>de</strong> tratar en c<strong>la</strong>se el tema <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong><strong>violencia</strong>) pasamos y nos vamos aunque serían, nos da igual, si les p<strong>la</strong>ntas cara lo únicoque consigues es pelearte y tener másproblemas, es preferible que se rían.”JAIME (ANTES DE PARTICIPAR EN LOSPROGRAMAS): “¿Hay situaciones <strong>de</strong> <strong>violencia</strong>en el instituto? Sí, más <strong>de</strong> una pelea ya hapasado, pero no <strong>de</strong> pandil<strong>la</strong>s, cosas ais<strong>la</strong>das.Es que este instituto es muy conflictivo. Estebarrio está dividido en distintas zonas y sellevan muy mal entre el<strong>la</strong>s. Diez condiciones básicas para prevenir <strong>la</strong> <strong>violencia</strong>…aquí, porque c<strong>la</strong>ro aquí nos juntamos todos,hay mucha diversidad i<strong>de</strong>ológica. Racistas ytodo. ¿Qué hace el instituto para resolver estosconflictos? El Instituto lo que hace es echar aalgunos alumnos y ya está. En esta c<strong>la</strong>se hanacumu<strong>la</strong>do lo peor, casi todos son repetidoresy eso se nota, pero <strong>la</strong>s actitu<strong>de</strong>s en c<strong>la</strong>se sondistintas según el profesor. Se hace más sencillo eltrabajo, porque unos con otros nos po<strong>de</strong>mosayudar, en unas materias uno sabe más yayuda al resto y en otras al revés… ¿Qué teparece cómo se han formado los grupos? A tite gustaría ponerte con tus amigos, pero <strong>la</strong>verdad es que están haciendo los grupos muybien compensados y funcionan, yo creo que hamejorado el rendimiento <strong>de</strong>l grupo. ¿Todo elmundo trabaja? Sí, y si alguien se escaquease le dice algo y ya está. ¿Quién se lo dice?Los miembros <strong>de</strong>l grupo. Dentro <strong>de</strong>l grupo nosponemos <strong>de</strong> acuerdo, nos organizamos eltrabajo.
