SUMMARY
In carrying out this research, an observation was made with respect to
human values, since they are important for a true education, these principles
are the categories of life of the people to develop within the environment of
a society; It was possible to see the state of values in the educational
institution "Vicente Rocafuerte", and its influence on the students, giving a
negative result for the growth of student behavior.
This study was conducted with the sole objective of helping students to
recognize how fundamental it is to have ethical values principles, and how
their influence will be to obtain positive behavior within their homes and
educational community. Thus achieving in the student the interest of
applying these values with strategies, with a design of a micro-curricular
program in the subject of development of thought.
The investigation was carried out in a suitable time, where a direct and
structured observation was applied to be able to detect the problem within
the educational institution, also carried out surveys and interviews to the
feasible elements for this work.
Several research resources and methods were used. It was possible to see
in what current situation the problem was at present, taking a small
population and then sampling and seeing the details and influences of the
phenomena to be studied, thus providing the appropriate solution.
During this research it was possible to identify how fundamental is the
application of a program in human values in students, where the authorities,
teachers, students and parents of the educational community will benefit,
the main objective of this project is to make young people Competent, ideal,
constructors of ethical and moral principles.
