SUMMARY<br />
In carrying out this research, an observation was made with respect to<br />
human values, since they are important for a true education, these principles<br />
are the categories of life of the people to develop within the environment of<br />
a society; It was possible to see the state of values in the educational<br />
institution "Vicente Rocafuerte", and its influence on the students, giving a<br />
negative result for the growth of student behavior.<br />
This study was conducted with the sole objective of helping students to<br />
recognize how fundamental it is to have ethical values principles, and how<br />
their influence will be to obtain positive behavior within their homes and<br />
educational community. Thus achieving in the student the interest of<br />
applying these values with strategies, with a design of a micro-curricular<br />
program in the subject of development of thought.<br />
The investigation was carried out in a suitable time, where a direct and<br />
structured observation was applied to be able to detect the problem within<br />
the educational institution, also carried out surveys and interviews to the<br />
feasible elements for this work.<br />
Several research resources and methods were used. It was possible to see<br />
in what current situation the problem was at present, taking a small<br />
population and then sampling and seeing the details and influences of the<br />
phenomena to be studied, thus providing the appropriate solution.<br />
During this research it was possible to identify how fundamental is the<br />
application of a program in human values in students, where the authorities,<br />
teachers, students and parents of the educational community will benefit,<br />
the main objective of this project is to make young people Competent, ideal,<br />
constructors of ethical and moral principles.<br />
