Première réunion de la tripartite
« transport aérien »
Revendiquée depuis juillet 2011 par le LCGB, la tripartite « transport aérien » s’est enfin réunie une première
fois le 23 octobre 2012. A cette réunion ont participé les Ministres Claude WISELER et Etienne SCHNEIDER,
les directions des sociétés Luxair, Cargolux et lux-Airport, l’Administration de Navigation Aérienne (ANA), la
Direction de l’Aviation Civile Luxembourgeoise (DAC-L) et les syndicats représentatifs au plan national.
En ce qui concerne les départements « Cargo Center » (diminution de 20 à 25 % au cours des quatre
dernières années) et « Airline » du Luxair, la situation est plus qu’inquiétante. La concurrence des sociétés Low
Cost comme easyJet constitue un danger supplémentaire.
La société Cargolux connaît également beaucoup de difficultés. Depuis novembre 2011, l’entreprise fait un
déficit opérationnel de 10 millions € par mois. C’est notamment le couvre feu de l’aéroport de Luxembourg
qui constitue un problème majeur pour garantir une flexibilité maximale de l’entreprise. Voilà pourquoi le
ministre Claude WISELER a demandé aux représentants de Cargolux de chiffrer l’impacte d’une abolition

Le président national du LCGB Patrick DURY a condamné la politique actuelle des sociétés Luxair et Cargolux
qui mettent en cause leurs conventions collectives respectives.
En fin de réunion, il a été arrêté que les mêmes acteurs devraient se réunir après la publication des différentes revues stratégiques afin de décider
des démarches à suivre.
Erste Sitzung der Tripartite
„Luffahrtsektor“
Seit Juli 2011 vom LCGB gefordert, fand die erste Sitzung der Tripartite
“Luffahrtsektor” endlich am 23. Oktober 2012 statt. An dieser Sitzung
haben teilgenommen: die Minister Claude WISELER und Etienne
SCHNEIDER, die Vorstände der Firmen Luxair, Cargolux und lux-Airport,
die zivile Luftfahrtbehörde (DAC-L) die nationale Luftfahrtverwaltung
(ANA) sowie die national representativen Gewerkschaften.
Eine mehr als beunruhigende Situation zeigt sich im Cargo Center
(Abnahme von 20 bis 25 % des Arbeitsaufkommens in den letzten 4
Jahren) sowie im Geschäftsbereich “Airline” der Luxair. Die Konkurenz
der Billigfluggesellschaften wie z.B. easyJet, stellt eine weitere Gefahr
dar.
Die Firma Cargolux befindet sich ebenfalls in einer schwierigen Lage.
Seit November 2011 fährt sie jeden Monat ein negatives operationelles
Ergebniss von 10 Millionen € ein. Ein spezifisches Problem stellt das
Nachtflugverbot dar, da dadurch eine maximale Flexibilität der Firma
nicht garantiert werden kann. Minister Claude WISELER reagierte hierauf
indem er die Verantwortlichen der Firma aufforderte die Auswirkung
einer eventuellen Aufhebung des Nachtflugverbotes zu chiffrieren. Er
hat weiterhin darauf hingewiesen dass die Vertreter der Luxemburgischen
Gemeindeverwaltung ebenfalls in diese Gespräche mit eingebunden
werden müssten.
Weiterhin wurden strategische Analysen für Cargolux und Luxair in
Auftrag gegeben. Diese Analysen sollen am Ende des Jahres 2012 zur
Verfügung stehen.
Die aktuelle Firmenpolitik der Gesellschaften Luxair und Cargolux
wurde vom LCGB-Nationalpräsidenten Patrick DURY aufs Schärfste
verurteilt, da diese ihre jeweiligen Kollektivverträge gekündigt haben.
Schlussendlich wurde festgehalten dass eine weitere Sitzung der
Tripartite „Luftfahrtsektor“ nach der Veröffentlichung der Berichte über
die verschiedenen strategischen Analysen stattfinden soll, damit alle
weiteren notwendigen Schritte entschieden werden können.
First meeting of the Tripartite
’air transport’
Requested by LCGB since July 2011, the Tripartite ’air transport’ was
finally held for a first time on October 23th 2012. At this meeting
participated Ministers Claude WISELER and Etienne SCHNEIDER, the
directions of the companies Luxair, Cargolux and lux-Airport, the Administration
of Air Navigation (ANA), the Direction of the Luxembourg
Civil Aviation (DAC-L) and the national representative trade unions.
Concerning the departments “Cargo Center” (reduction of 20-25%
over the past four years) and ‘Airline’ of Luxair, the situation is very
disturbing. Competition from low cost companies such as easyJet is an
additional hazard.
Cargolux also face many difficulties. Since November 2011, the company
made an operational deficit of 10 million € per month. The ban
of night flights for the Luxembourg airport is a major problem when it
comes to ensuring maximum flexibility for the company. This is why
Minister Claude WISELER has asked representatives of Cargolux to
quantify the impact of a possible abolition of this ban and he stressed
that the representatives of the municipality of Luxembourg should also
be involved in these discussions.
Strategic reviews are being established for the two companies Cargolux
and Luxair. Their completion will normally take place before the end of
the year 2012.
The national president of LCGB Patrick DURY condemned the current
policy of the Luxair and Cargolux which have recently denounced their
respective collective agreements.
At the end of the meeting, it was agreed upon that after the publication
of the various strategic reviews the same participants should come
together once more for a tripartite ’air transport’ meeting in order to
decide what to do.
