To properly connect and control additional speakers, you need:
Another LIFESTYLE ® system remote control to adjust the volume and select a sound
source for the room where additional speakers are in use. One option for this is the
advanced PERSONAL ® music center II, a combination remote control and system monitor.
Appropriate LIFESTYLE ® system cables to connect the added speaker system.

Making them all work together
Use an AL8 homewide wireless audio link, which includes the two cables needed for
connecting the transmitter and receiver. Instructions are included in the carton.
OR
Connect a Bose ® link speaker cable from the media center jack labeled Bose link to the
audio input of the additional equipment (Figure 25).

Use it to connect your LIFESTYLE ® system
to a Bose SA-2 or SA-3 amplifier, which includes
the cable.

Bose link B cable
Use it to connect the LIFESTYLE ® system to
a 3 2 1 ® Series II, 3 2 1 GS Series II, or
3 2 1 GSX system, or Wave ® music system
(cable to be purchased separately).

A Bose link AL8 homewide wireless audio link
This combination Wi-Fi signal transmitter and receiver enables you to enjoy your
LIFESTYLE ® system sound on other audio equipment in other rooms, without the bother of
running wires there. You can add up to seven additional receivers, available as the Bose link
AR-1 wireless audio receiver.
