Curiously, it was found that for a dipping pressure of 40 mN m' (figure 3b), only Y type <strong>de</strong>position<br />

occurs. Moreover, whatever the dipping pressure, it has been found that a gradual <strong>de</strong>crease in<br />

downstroke TR occurred.<br />

3.2.2. AFM and FTIR<br />

Only two mixed LB enzyme/ODA mono<strong>la</strong>yers were <strong>de</strong>posited onto the different substrates, as it<br />

was impossible to exceed this value for surface pressure equal to 30 mN m<br />
