A comparison of the intensities of methylene peaks between pure amine and mixed film transferred<br />

at 40 mN m1 (Figure 6) implies a lower concentration of ODA for the <strong>la</strong>tter. Such a result could mean<br />

that a few protein molecules are inserted within the ODA molecules, contributing to the formation of<br />

<strong>de</strong>fects mentioned above.<br />

4. Conclusion<br />

In this paper, we have shown that the quality of the ODA-BuChE LB film was strongly <strong>de</strong>pen<strong>de</strong>nt<br />

on the surface pressure chosen and that mixed LB films very well structured could be obtained by<br />

choosing a transfer pressure of 40 mN m1.<br />

After it is <strong>de</strong>posited onto a sensor surface (ISFET microsensors in our study), such an enzymatic<br />

film could be cross-linked with GA in or<strong>de</strong>r to enhance its stability. Application of this type of biosensor<br />

for the <strong>de</strong>tection of pestici<strong>de</strong> will be investigated.<br />
