This can damage thestand, and could cause the bike to fallover, with both damage to the motorcycleand possible injury to you.WARNINGBefore riding off, ensure that the kickstandis fully retracted, and that thekickstand warning light on the instrumentpanel is extinguished. Failure toobserve this warning can result in thestand contacting the ground as you areriding, which can upset the motorcycle,resulting in an accident, personal injuryor death.
