MAINTENANCE 6WARNINGThe cooling system is under pressure.Always very carefully remove thecoolant filler cap. Never attempt toremove the coolant filler cap until themotorcycle has completely cooled toroom temperature. Failure to observethis warning will result in coolant beingsplashed on you with subsequent seriousburns and serious personal injury. Ifyou have the slightest doubt that themotorcycle has completely cooled, donot remove the cap, but allow the motorcycleto completely cool.WARNINGUnder certain conditions, ethylene glycolcontained in the coolant can becomeflammable. When it is lighted, it producesan invisible flame. Avoid spillingcoolant on hot parts of the motorcycle,because the subsequent combustion ofethylene glycol could cause seriousburns and serious personal injury.- 135 -WARNING: Coolant is a highly toxicfluid. Avoid ingestion and contact withyour skin or eyes. Keep coolant out ofreach of children and domestic animals.In the event of a coolant ingestion,immediately call a doctor and do notcause vomiting, in order to avoid inhalationof coolant in lungs. If the coolantcomes in touch with your skin or eyes,immediately wash it away with water.CAUTION: Use only the coolant specifiedin the table in section 6.3. Do notmix nor dilute the coolant with additivesor different fluids. If the coolant specifiedin section 6.3. is not available, use acoolant having technical characteristicsconsistent with the prescribed product.See your MV Agusta dealer.CAUTION: Do not spill coolant on any partof the motorcycle. It will damage paintedand plastic parts. If you do spill coolanton your motorcycle, carefully flush thecoolant away with cool clear water.6EN
