chambres et Suites sont réparties sur 5 bâtisses : l’Oustau, le
centre historique, la Guigou, un mas provençal, le Manoir du
XVIIIème, Carita et Flora, deux écrins champêtres.
Le site propose deux restaurants gastronomiques : l’Oustau de
Baumanière, doublement étoilé au Michelin et la Cabro d’or qui
dispose également d’une table d’hôtes.

created from the merge of la Cabro d’Or and L’Oustau de
Baumanière. Its 56 guest rooms & suites, splited over 5 buildings,
are decorated with a subtle combination of Provencal and modern
style. There are 2 restaurants, the famous Oustau de Baumanière,
awarded with 2 Michelin stars, and La Cabro d’Or Baumanière, a
gastronomic restaurant with a “table d’hôtes” area.
