équipe vous proposent leurs meilleurs crus parmi une carte de
produits rares en champagnes, rhums, whiskies, vodkas, liqueurs, et
expriment leur virtuosité dans des cocktails réinventés au fil des
saisons. Laissez-vous surprendre par les plus jolies créations de l’Hôtel
des Gouverneurs, le « Nepita Cubana», délicieux mélange de rhum,
sucre de canne, citron vert et nepita, herbe aromatique du maquis au
goût puissant de menthe poivrée… à moins que vous ne cédiez au
« Carina Spring», cocktail de whisky tourbé, ananas frais, sucre vanillé,
jus d’orange et citron ? Sur votre demande, Christine imagine pour
vous différents cocktails sans alcool ultra-frais pour un moment green
et détox. Optez pour un élixir d’énergie sur mesure à l’ananas, pommes,
agrumes ou poires, pour un shot de bien-être ultra-vitaminé ! À la carte
des vins, de très beaux vignobles et surtout des trésors insulaires parmi
les appellations de Patrimonio, Sartène ou Porto-Vecchio. Trempez vos
lèvres, l’instant est délicat et réconfortant.
Always attentive to your wishes, the head barmaid Christine Thuel
and her staff propose the best vintages among the many rare
champagnes, rums, whiskies, vodkas, liqueurs that feature on the
menu, and express their imagination in the cocktails they concoct
every season. Delight in the “Nepita Cubana”, one of the wonderful
creations of the Hôtel des Gouverneurs, a delicious mix of rum, cane
sugar, lime and nepita, an aromatic maquis herb with a powerful
peppermint taste… or opt for the “Carina Spring”, a cocktail of peatflavoured
whisky, fresh pineapple, vanilla sugar, orange and lemon
juice. On request, Christine will create different ultra-fresh nonalcoholic
cocktails just for you, for a healthy, detox moment. Taste an
energy elixir with pineapple, apples, citrus fruit or pears, for a shot
of super-vitamined well-being! On the wine list, you’ll find some
excellent domaine wines and especially some of the best Crus from
Patrimonio, Sartène, and Porto-Vecchio. A delectable instant of
