Àla tête du domaine depuis 1989, Lina Venturi l’a hérité de son père, Gjuvan Pieretti, grande figure du
monde viticole corse, sa famille ayant commencé l’exploitation dès le XVIe siècle. Elle écrit aujourd’hui
une nouvelle histoire issue d’un terroir unique, grâce à son sol argilo-schisteuse et son rapport privilégié avec
la mer et le maquis. Avec les années, la superficie du domaine atteint aujourd’hui 14 hectares. Lina possède
une solide culture œnologique mais surtout une détermination et une passion sans mesure au service de la
tradition. Elle signe ses cuvées en blanc, rosé, rouge et Muscat, d’une minéralité vibrante tout en finesse,
procurée par une agriculture raisonnée et des conditions climatiques exceptionnelles : soleil, vents forts, peu
de pluie.
Son trésor est récolté parmi les 3 terroirs de Pietracorbara, Santa Severa, et Meria : 50 000 bouteilles par an.
Ses rouges sont élaborés à partir du cépage noble traditionnel du Cap « Alicante », aux notes de cuir, de grillé
et de réglisse. Les blancs sont secs et cristallins du cépage « Vermentino ». Son Muscat « petits grains » est
délicat, accord parfait entre onctuosité et tonicité. Depuis l’an dernier, Lina fait partie du cercle des Producteurs
Artisans de Qualité, appellation reconnue par le Collège culinaire de France. Elle vient d’ouvrir un nouveau
point de vente à Santa Severa très chaleureux où elle vous attend pour déguster ses meilleures cuvées.

A DOMAIN AT THE HEART OF CAP CORSE
At its head since 1989, Lina Venturi inherited the Domaine from her father Gjuvan Pieretti, a renowned
figure in the world of Corsican wine, since his family created the vineyard in the 16th century. Today, she is
writing a new chapter thanks to the unique terroir of the estate, composed of clay and schist and influences
of the sea and maquis. Over the years, the vineyard has increased to 14 hectares. Lina has a solid oenological
background but, above all, a determination and passion to perpetuate tradition. She produces whites, rosés,
reds and Muscats of delicate mineral tones, produced using reasonable agricultural methods and thanks to
exceptional climatic conditions: sun, strong winds, little rain.
Her “treasure” is harvested among the three terroirs of Pietracorbara, Santa Severa and Meria, and totals
50,000 bottles per year. Her reds are produced from the traditional Cap grape variety, “Alicante”, with
“grilled” notes, and aromas of leather and liquorice. The whites, produced from the Vermentino variety are
dry and crisp. Her “petits grains” Muscat is delicate, a perfect balance between being full-bodied yet sharp.
Since last year, Lina has belonged to the circle of “Producteurs Artisans de Qualité”, an appellation
recognised by the “Collège Culinaire de France”. She has just opened a very welcoming new store in Santa
Severa where she awaits your visit for you to taste her best cuvées.
